Been down a rabbit-hole learning as much as i can and experimenting myself. Also in awe in some of these people across Youtube building a raft of agents to support them. AI agents can revolutionise how I manage my business and yours. These digital assistants can handle tasks like repetitive customer support and scheduling, all coordinated through WhatsApp Business.

Connecting the Dots

Make.com seamlessly integrates WhatsApp Business with a vast network of apps, including my calendar and Notion workspace. This allows my AI agents to access information from various sources and automate tasks across my entire workflow. Google AgentSpace is a newer platform focused on building and managing AI agents. While still in its early stages, its potential for innovation and integration with Google's suite of apps is looking good. As a user heavily reliant on the Google ecosystem, this is an intriguing partnership, marriage evolving.

My current strategy involves using Make.com to connect my existing apps and power AI agents on WhatsApp Business. However, Google AgentSpace, with its deep Google integration, is the clear long-term solution for me. I envision a future where customers effortlessly connect with my business through WhatsApp, their inquiries are intelligently routed to the right AI agents, and responses are generated seamlessly, although an element of human nature still needs to be considered. Aiming for improved customer engagement, and a truly unified communication experience. Now i need to get back to creating more content to share, help and learn from.
